الإضافة
- سجّل الدخول إلى boslacoach.com بحساب المدرب.
- افتح «الإعدادات» وانزل إلى بطاقة «ربط زوم».
- اضغط «ربط حساب زوم» ووافق على الصلاحيات في صفحة زوم.
- تعود إلى التطبيق وتظهر البطاقة «مرتبط» مع بريد حساب زوم.
الاستخدام
- عند حجز أي جلسة (منك أو من العميل) يُنشأ اجتماع زوم فريد تلقائيًا على حسابك.
- يظهر رابط الانضمام في الجلسة، وفي بوابة العميل، وفي رسائل التأكيد والتذكير.
- إعادة الجدولة تحدّث الاجتماع، والإلغاء يحذفه.
- إن تعذّر إنشاء الاجتماع، يُستخدم رابطك الافتراضي ولا يفشل الحجز.
الإزالة
- من «الإعدادات» ← «ربط زوم» اضغط «فصل الربط»؛ تُحذف رموز زوم فورًا.
- أو من Zoom App Marketplace ← Manage ← Added Apps ← Remove؛ نستقبل إشعار زوم ونحذف الرموز ومعرّف الحساب فورًا.
- الاجتماعات التي أُنشئت سابقًا تبقى في حساب زوم الخاص بك.
Adding the app
- Sign in at boslacoach.com with your coach account.
- Open Settings (الإعدادات) and scroll to the Connect Zoom (ربط زوم) card.
- Click Connect Zoom account (ربط حساب زوم) and approve the permissions on Zoom.
- You return to the app and the card shows Connected (مرتبط).
Using the app
- Every booked session automatically gets a unique Zoom meeting on your account.
- The join link appears on the session, in the client portal, and in confirmation and reminder emails.
- Rescheduling updates the meeting; cancelling deletes it.
- Scopes used: meeting:write, meeting:read, user:read. We do not access recordings, chat or participant data.
Removing the app
- In Settings → Connect Zoom, click Disconnect (فصل الربط); tokens are deleted immediately.
- Or in the Zoom App Marketplace go to Manage → Added Apps → Remove. We receive Zoom's deauthorization event and delete your tokens and Zoom user id immediately.
- Meetings already created remain in your Zoom account.
